What Causes Spotting During Pregnancy

Spotting, while pregnancy is on the way, is described as a small amount of blood leaking through the vagina.

Spotting during early stages of pregnancy:

  • The blood must be fresh — of bright red color;
  • Typically there will also be cramping or lower body pain that comes hand in hand with the bleeding caused due to a miscarriage.

In the instance of spotting in a pregnant condition, the best line of action would be to seek advice from your doctor vis-à-vis taking rest in due course of time and desisting from picking any heavy weight or doing tough workouts.
