Eat fruits like mangoes, bananas or grapes to serve as dessert. Also try strawberries, raspberries etc. One effective way to lessen cholesterol content is to only eat fruits raw as they are. But don’t make their milkshakes or smoothies.

An added sugar will credibly boost your cholesterol. For drinking purposes simply extract their juices. Don’t choose to add fatty milk. Aside from desserts, you can also take these fruits as a snack substitute.
