Use a variety of herb spices to produce aromatic odor in your dishes. Some well-known herbs are Basil, Oregano and Fennel.

No Junk Foods!

Having junk foods make your stomach bloat. Avoid carbonated beverages and have gas-forming foods instead.

Chalk out a definite schedule for having meals. This will render your body used to eating at a given time.

Concentrate on your meal

When it comes to eating, pause and focus on what you’re eating. Try to make your eating delicious by having desirable foodstuff around. Be careful about the taste of the food, its reliability, the outlook of the food, and the method of cooking. This will make your eating delightful.

Avoid excessive fluids intake

It’s worthwhile to have sufficient fluids when eating. However, don’t stuff your stomach with water to allow more eating. Eight-ten glasses of water per day are a recommended intake.

Taking tea is desirable

Research has revealed that some teas can enhance your appetite. You may try following:

  • licorice
  • Peppermint
  • Chinese Ginseng

Supplements

Supplements such as Vitamin B, Zinc and Vitamin A also trigger appetite. You may take up suitability of any of these with your dietician. Also try some ‘appetite boosters’ available over the counter.

Physical activity

Lack of healthy workout renders you vulnerable to poor blood circulation and you feel dizzy. Exercise will give a fillip to your metabolism, resulting in an increase of appetite. You don’t need to visit the gym for a healthy work out. Jogging for 15-30 minutes daily will suffice to maintain required levels of blood circulation.

Appetite can be invigorated many ways. A weight loss exceeding 10% of your body weight and a plummet in appetite may allude to a condition where physician’s advice becomes inevitable.
