Get a good night’s sleep

A good night’s sleep is a way of “recharging” your body, restoring the energy you consumed during the day. Try to get at the minimum six hours of sleep daily, sufficient for your mind and body to relax.

Admix seeds and nuts like pistachios, cashews, pecans, walnuts, pumpkin and almonds, soy nuts, dried cranberries and raisins. Just take a handful of them daily, because excessive intake may prove fattening.

  • Beans

All beans, viz. black beans, kidney beans and pinto are a potential source of energy without calories.

  • Bananas

When coupled with yogurt or nuts, you’ll get a high energy snake, full of health.

  • Berry Juice

Also try grape, cherry, pomegranate, black currant or blueberry. Stir the juice with a scant cup of water, to mix sugar.

Take multivitamins and food supplements

You don’t get always the required quantity of vitamins; therefore in order to make sure that you’ve sufficient nutrients in your body, do feed on vitamin supplements. Vital vitamins provide you with surplus energy you require, enabling you feel ever healthy, energetic and fresh. Consult your pharmacist or physician if he or she can prescribe you a pill available in the market around.
