How to Fake Sick
Sometimes one doesn’t really feel like going to one’s school. If you’ve bent shaking your parents’ trust or if you are frustrated to take a test, then the way left for you is to fake sick in a very convincing manner. Below is the HOW of it:
The time to react
Employ fake sick only when you’re to leave the school inevitably. Don’t plan a fake sick right before going to school or before or after a weekend / holiday, it will cast suspicion in your designs. Same is true of final exams or any major test. A judicious and economic use of fakes will give them a convincing outlook.
Start working the night before
Acting on following steps you can make a ground for faking sick:
- Eat very little
Take a very small amount of meal at supper to reveal your parents that your appetite’s gone. Assume a morose outlook and sweep your food across your plate. To prevent hunger you can later take some snacks in your room.
- Feign a headache
Keep doing your homework in front of your parents. Without complaining aloud, keep rubbing your temples and put your head over yours arms frequently to cast a look of listlessness and pain.
- Feign sore throat
Feign a sore throat by trying to clear it occasionally in front of your parents.
- Feign a temperature
If you are sure that your parents are going to touch your fore brow to feel the temperature, go to the bathroom, rub your hands hard and compress over your cheeks and brow and quickly return to your parents.
- Go to bed early
Get into your bed without having them take notice. Don’t clean your teeth or change your dress as you do in routine. If they inquire you of your early going to bed, tell them you’re not feeling well. Hold the posture as long as you can prolong. The dark circles under your eyes will be quite convincing for them.
- Get up by the mid of the night
Feign a vomit by flushing at the middle of the night but tell your parents after the morning has set in.
The Morning After
The next morning of your faking sick is crucial in winning you leave from your school; see how you can do that:
- Stay in bed. No need to moan and groan. Keep in bed under covering and do not move here and there unless one of your parents comes to get you up.
- Before that, get up quite earlier than anybody in the household and perform some workouts, like pushups or stepping up and down over the chair. Tough activity like this will raise your body temperature and add to your convincing power.
- Get a warm moist washcloth and put it in your armpits. This will augment rise in your temperature.
- “Insist” on heading to school, by mentioning that you can’t help miss your favorite club program. Don’t resist too much, just sufficient enough to make ground that you don’t want to be sick.
- Give a plain explanation. If you wish to fake sick a cold, adhere to cold only. Same is true for stomach flu or other pretexts. Have a little research in advance about the malady you wish to feign.
Stick to your bed. This is the most crucial step. You’ll have to be restrained to your act for which you are posing to remain in bed and pose a rest the whole day or else your parents could doubt you and you may lose a likely chance in future.
