  • Thirdly, drink as much water as you can. It has been seen that one major cause of constipation is lack of water in the body. Drinking water doesn’t mean that you drink it in tea, coffee or in form of other soft drinks. Eight glasses per day are ideally works for your body.

It is better to think twice before taking the laxative pills to relive yourself. However you have the better option of natural treatment which is simple, easy and free of any side effects. Eat healthy, stay healthy.
